We ship our online and phone orders using Australia Post, orders take approximately 2 to 9 working days to reach most destinations within Australia.
Generally it takes 1-2 working days to pack
and ship your order. During peak times and during public holidays this time frame may be extended. If a delay of more than 3 days is expected you will be contacted.
We use flat rate shipping for all orders within
Australia. You can select from Standard, Express, Insured or *Large Letter (*this option is only for 'paper' projects e.g. loose patterns, pattern booklets or magazines up to a weight of 500g. Please don't select this shipping option if you are purchasing other items as it will delay your order being shipped.) If you are purchasing a very small or single item such as a set of needle tips or a packet of stitch markers please contact us via email to obtain a 'Small Item' shipping rate. We try our best to keep our shipping to a minimum and where possible will post single or small items at a reduced rate.
As we cannot trace orders sent via regular post it is highly recommended that you add insurance to your order. TangledYARNS cannot be held responsible for missing or damaged parcels.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please take the time to choose your items carefully. We do not refund if you simply change your mind, purchase the wrong item or purchase too many items.
In the case of faulty items we will be happy to replace item or refund the purchase price upon supply of the original purchase receipt.
All returns and exchanges can only be process when accompanied by the store receipt.
We are happy to exchange or supply you with a store credit note for return of unused yarn within a 30 day period. Exchanges or store credits can only be issued when the products are returned to us in their original saleable condition. Returned yarn must be unused, unopened, clean, pet, fragrance and smoke free, undamaged and in original condition upon return.
Needles and Accessories:
There are no returns, exchanges or credits on needles, hooks, accessories, patterns, books, magazines, buttons and bags unless the product is found to be faulty.
Please note that as we sell through our online store and our bricks and mortar store
occasionally our stock may be out.
If an item on your order is unavailable we will contact your to see if you would like the item to be placed on backorder.
